Pros

This use to be a great company to work for but in the recent years that feeling of family has gone.

Cons

Poor management, cut throat atmosphere. The people who are actually doing the work don't get promoted. There is no loyalty with this company.

Pros

Fair salary, opportunity for training and education. Self management

Cons

Poor leadership. Promoting of low level team to senior managers with no management experience in Corporate IT. All about self promotion and advancement. No collaboration or teamwork. Decisions made in a vacuum. No loyalty to staff. Very vendor focused. Department split and reorganizing, very chaotic.

Pros

Benefits. And twenty more words so this will get submitted and people can read it. The pro, comes with a price.

Cons

Over worked and not compensated. If you're the manager, all falls on you. As expected. They don't provide hours or pay for good help. I've worked over my hours many times, and all I get told is," you're exempt, deal with it." They don't pay managers overtime. So if you work over 48 hours, you're working for free and you will never get anything out of it. You'll be mentally drained and expected to do more. They will squeeze every ounce of sanity out of you and not care if you're beat down. If you show any signs of weakness, they will want to replace you and demote you quickly. They no longer give you time to learn you're role. Selling gallons and making the corporation money is all they care about. They don't spread the wealth either. Sure we bonus if we make budget and get a trip at the end of the year. But what you won't get, is all the time back you spend away from your family to get there. There's never a good enough excuse for underperforming. Rained out for six month out of the year, too bad sale our paint. Recession hit, too bad sale our paint. This company is getting greedier and greedier to the point that they are driving their management out. It once was an awesome place to work, not anymore.
