Pros

Working on the Product Finishes side held the greatest success in moving up and learning the B2B world. Starting as an MTP and moving up to operations manager and account manager allows you to grasp a great amount experience that is valuable anywhere. Incentives are great (when budgets are not corrected in September). Pay is good and the training that they give outside of their internal training, such as negotiation is priceless.

Cons

In the end, this company is great compared to most large fortune 500's. You work long hours, but your results can get you promoted. The largest con that I saw was that if you wanted to stay in a particular area, that it would be career ending. It was expected that you would move around to fill other areas. Just because you are the operations manager of a particular facility does not mean you can take over as branch manager. They would rather have you move to another state as branch manager.

Pros

Good pay for production job, benefits, 401k match, that's literally it. Everything else about here is bad. The people who work here hate the company

Cons

Terrible place to work. Outdated overtime policy where people are forced to work over 72 hours some weeks. Looked down upon by management. Fingers pointed at people to make up for bad equipment. Never worked somewhere where staff are cared as little about. Favorites and done long time staff are allow to stand around and be lazy. Only 40 minutes of break in a 12 hour shift where you are on your feet the whole time, this is dangerous in the summer when it is 90+ degrees inside because there is no air conditioning and staff have to wear all cotton uniforms.

Pros

The main reason for staying with the company is the people we work with. It's like a family which not surprising with the long hours we work. Other pros are benefits, bonuses, and pay.

Cons

Every day is a battle with computers, staff, rude customers, and micro management from district managers.
