Pros

The company has been around a long time and survives through product diversification. Its very good at entering new industries.

Cons

Diversity is not valued. If you value a companies commitment to an inclusive work environment, Sherwin-Williams is not the company. It is an old school, sales network driven company from the leadership down.

Pros

Decent pay, benefits such as health insurance, dental, vision. Bonuses quarterly and annually if sales and expense control goals are met

Cons

Retail setting with a 48 hour work week. Employee hours can be limited leaving the employees working very hard for long hours.
