Pros

Very good benefits and generally a positive work environment. On-boarding was very smooth and management at the time was incredibly helpful.

Cons

Often times short-staffed due to the minimal # of employees kept on-hand at any given time. There is a culture of 'no breaks, work through the day', which may be unappealing to some.
