Pros

Meet a lot of new people

Cons

Just because someone is black doesn’t mean they are a thug. Just because someone is gay doesn’t mean they can’t be in management. Was made fun of because of the color of my skin. And wherein Williams defended the worker who did it. Relocated to another store and when I asked about moving up was Justin told me he didn’t know how he would present me because of my sexual preference. Even though I was told I’m a great worker and moved up quickly. The raises are a joke. They do not care about you. They just care that you sell their paint to any and everyone even if you have to lie. A company full of greedy liars
