Pros

Good reputation as a company. Stability over a number of years. Benefits are okay. Strong stock performance. Flexibility on an hour to hour basis.

Cons

Your good performance is a two edged sword. The other edge cuts your throat the following year when inevitable business cycles occur. Retail hours are getting longer and longer with a view to service business that probably won't buy from us anyway. Combination of longer hours and short staffing is creating a situation where we are physically unable to provide the very kind of service we claim to have.
