Pros

Interesting work keeps you on your toes and different every day.

Cons

In some stores, high turnover causes a constant experience vacuum. This is not a job that you can just walk onto and master. It takes a month at the very least to train someone into a useful coworker.

Cool customers, interesting conversations, sales oriented, nice uniforms

Cons

No room for growth, assistant managers didnt give a crap, lazy coworkers, they make you do most the work, you end up doing pallets all by yourself breaking your back
