Good for college students, decent pay for part time work, always busy, great stepping done job

Cons

Customers are sometimes some of the meanest spiteful people, which Sherwin bends over backwards, disregarding warranties to please. Often, bad precedence is set by managers and it falls to the assistant and part timers to clean up. Little evaluation of managers actual capabilities to operate the store and manage personell efficiently.
