      Terrible Company, Terrible Management

      Pros

      Not much, pretty decent pay but not competitive for experience. Hopefully a company where equity will actually pay off, but seems like the leadership team is far from achieving that goal, if ever.

      Cons

      Terrible management. No leadership, only slave drivers who are given more responsibility and promotions for being hard lined with no empathy. Even if you have many years of experience and work your tail off from sun up to sun down, if your manager thinks they are better (this is always the case), you get run out of the company or given a bad review. Ivy League doesn’t equal good leadership. Male dominated culture where tons of women left the company and nothing was done by legal/hr/leadership.

      Intense workload and lots of personal responsibility. You must be dedicated in order to keep up

      Great Work/Life Balance

      Pros

      Ability to split time between working at home, on the road, and in the office. Wonderful travel perks. Exciting and life-changing opportunity to build equity in a promising company and industry. Ability to move up quickly within the organization. Work with some of the most intelligent people on the planet. Really FUN co-workers. Down the block from PetCo Park, San Diego Bay, Ocean Beach, and a water taxi ride away from Cornado Island. A mission that is second to none. Generous bonus and equity structure.

      Cons

      Growing pains of a quickly expanding company. Teams around the world can create meeting times which can be early, but usually frees up the afternoons.
