Great company with great culture, phenomenal upper management, but discussions with colleagues recently made it obvious the values and culture were not being upheld

Cons

Limited communication between middle management to lower level caused major scheduling issues, very low salary

Learn from a team of smart, hard working, collegial people. Be early stage in a company with great potential. Free lunch, free parking, low cost gym in the building.

Cons

Hard work and high performance is expected every day. During crunch times we put in long hours.
