      - The challenge is not for everybody - Wins can't often be publicly discussed because of customer sensitivities (our products are used on operations that are classified)

      State of the art in robotics Opportunity to work on challenging engineering problems with really smart people People who take initiative get rewarded

      Cons

      Work life balance is getting better but has a ways to go. Cultural shift towards being a “defense prime” means people feel like their contributions make less of an impact and the mission and values have been diluted.
