- One of a few companies actually trying to apply reinforcement learning to real world problems, although still in the research phase. - Culture has redeeming qualities at times

Cons

- Low salary, not at all competitive with other offers and not very willing to negotiate. - As an employee, you will have no opportunity to provide feedback on any of your superiors - Raising money by making promises about products they either do not exist or have a low probability of success in the near term. Company will overpromise, you will attempt to make up for the gap and deliver, and you will not be recognized nor appreciated for your efforts - Employees have been lied to about the company's future as well as the future of the employees - Little to no education opportunities - No career opportunities
