Terrible work environment, there is constant drama in the workplace and there is manipulation and people side with eachother to pinpoint one person. I have never worked somewhere that the drama was so bad that even the managers were involved in it all. If you enjoy people waiting for you to make a mistake so they can finger point then this is the place to work. There is no teamwork or team responsibility, it is constantly pointing fingers and wasting time finding out who made the mistake rather than using it as a teaching opportunity, fixing the mistake and moving on. There are specific members of teams that should not be allowed to treat team members like they do but it is overlooked by senior management if deadlines are made. There has been significant turnover due to employee dissatisfaction with the high school like drama, yet no one in HR has looked into these issues.
