Great benefits, above average PTO, quality staff who want to do right by the patients, flexible hours, opportunity to pick up extra shifts often.

Cons

Increasingly corporate mentality, less consideration given to patient care from upper management, fewer properly trained staff, inadequate time allotted for scans, employees can get over-used and burnt out.

Great place to work. Shields is still a family company and they really are dedicated to sticking to the roots. You are not a number here in anyway, everyone takes the time to listen to what you have to say.

Cons

The pay is much lower than the industry norm.
