      Shield's "culture of kindness" is evident in daily conversations, emphasized by leadership team, and is adopted by everyone in the organization. I am blessed to have meaningful work, caring for our patients and working with like-minded individuals regarding a "patient-first" mentality. Compensation and benefits are top notch!
