Pros

I am so proud to tell people I work for Shields Health Solutions. They truly care about patients and employees. I feel valued and recognized. My thoughts and ideas are always heard and taken into consideration. There is lots of opportunities to grow within the company. I’m really inspired by their culture of kindness. I really don’t see myself working anywhere else. I love my job and I love the fact that Shields gives me the ability and the tools to make a positive impact on our patients’ lives.

Culture of Kindness is genuine and large emphasis on maintaining this culture through hiring the right people. -Rapidly growing company that allows for many new challenges and opportunities -Despite the growth, the focus remains on providing the best patient care possible and company will do anything to maintain this culture -Company promotes professional growth and will support additional certifications/educational opportunities

No cons from my perspective - if you don't have an interest in patient care, this place is not for you.
