      Pros

      High-growth, innovative, fast-paced, promote from within, lot's of cross-functionality, supportive/collaborative environment, a lot of like minded individuals with clear goals/expectations, patient care is a main priority, and lastly did I mention a ton of opportunity for GROWTH?! :) The overall message/morale of the company is amazing and everyone stands behind the mission to take care of patients and health system partners.

      Someone who struggles with a start-up culture could face challenges at Shields as it is very fast-paced.
