      A culture of kindness where team members are valued and empowered to truly care for patients . Team members thoughts and voices are heard and help create the future. Outside of the culture, Shields is invested in YOU and will provide you access to the development needed to support you.

      Cons

      Personally, I cannot think of any cons. If you are not hungry to be a game changer in patient care, or hold a desire to work as a team where everyone is valued and supported, then Shields is not for you. Here it's all about working together to deliver on the needs of one another and our patients.

      Pros

      -Kind and welcoming employees -The work we do matters! We are helping very sick patients every day! -Amazing benefits and culture -Great work-life balance. We are growing extremely fast and with that can come growing pains, but our CEO and executive team are working hard to alleviate those and hear out all employees! I have personally felt that even though we are continuing to grow, my voice is still appreciated and valued.
