This company has shown their dedication to supporting their employees time and again to me. I have never felt more supported and encouraged to continue growing than I have here, and so far the opportunities seem endless. I started with Shields in an entry level position in the Engagement Center and have been able to work my way up to Lead, Regional, Supervisor and now Manager. The manager role offers me a significant amount of autonomy and ownership in how I can manage and engage my team. I feel that has allowed me to be more creative in my approach and has made this role even more fulfilling than I ever imagined.
