Great company. All values that are marketed, are true. Good pay, good people.

Cons

My team experienced noticeable favoritism, often justified by labeling certain individuals as 'tenured and experienced employees.' This resulted in one or two individuals consistently receiving promotions and pay increases, while the rest of the team was left without clear opportunities for growth or recognition. It became apparent that those who drank the kool aid or played the game were rewarded with advancement. There is also a clear issue with upper management as the company is on it's 4th CEO in under 3 years. WBA is starting to dig in their claws, so expect more changes

The pay is decent negotiate for the max pay, which is $74,000 for a New York Pharmacy Liaison role.

Cons

Highly Stressful, No worklife balance. I read the reviews 1 year ago and ignored and hoped for the best however the role is highly stressful with little balance. If you need this job take it but please look for something else. Think long and hard bc stress is a silent killer and expect to gain weight with this job.
