      Great pay, lots of holidays and vacation time, low stress working environments.

      Cons

      Lots of on the job training without manager supervision, working for several bosses/companies at once can lead to confusion of who you should talk to about certain problems.

      Pros

      Fair compensation for the work being done. Benefits are great. Extensive training to make sure you are best suited for the role. Shield's believes in its workers. There are many opportunities within the company. Above that, the team is always there to help each other. You never feel like you have to figure anything out alone. Management is always giving recognition and shows appreciation for their employees. They give feedback when needed, but never make you feel like you're doing something wrong. Shields to me encompasses everything a workplace should be.

      Cons

      I have yet to find any downsides to working for the company.
