I have been a pharmacy technician for about 10 years, and Shields is the first pharmacy job that I've truly enjoyed. Tons of room for growth and development, competitive pay and benefits, and great staff culture. If you are looking to grow your career in pharmacy, Shields is a great place to do so, and gain a ton of support and knowledge along the way.

Cons

The hiring process can be a bit slow, but they are truly communicative through the whole process and keep you informed along the way. They truly take their time to ensure they are bringing on quality staff members, and it is absolutely worth it to become a part of a group of people that is positive and genuinely interested in you and your goals.
