It's rare to find a growing company that values it's employees and patients over everything else. The teams are diverse, caring, and inclusive. I love that my ideas are always taken into consideration. It makes for a motivating day-to-day experience. I have three superiors that I communicate with on a weekly basis. They meet with entire teams however when I meet with them, I never feel rushed or a burden to them. When they take that time, week after week, I feel valued. I didn't realize how important that was until I started working here.

I have been a pharmacy technician for 26 years. I have not worked anywhere until now that I felt is more rewarding. The work we do truly is improving lives. I am treated very well, and my voice matters. Work/life balance matters here as well.
