Pay was decent with opportunities for extra income.

Cons

Work environment super sad and dull. They don’t want co workers with brains. They want kiss ups and people they can easily control. They have lazy managers who do nothing all day and other people who they favorite and don’t require them to work.

Great compensation Team Culture, Communication Team spirit Awesome line of communication from top to bottom. You can contact anyone on the company through slack. Even top tier will reply back to you.

Cons

Recently went public and when that happens, they’re focused on growth over everything. I was my managers only rep and they moved him to a different role simply because his boss didn’t want to do it. Then I was placed under a different manager who lived two states away and was expected to commute there 2x per week just to make phone calls at the office. This new manager wanted me to buddy up with other reps to go out and close deals without giving instructions on who would get the commission or how it would be split. Communication was horrible and I had to walk away. Now I hear they’re looking to be acquired by one of two large companies. I feel sorry for the employees because I think it’s going to be an operations nightmare.
