Cons

After working there 5 months, management decided to remove the team I was working on. Everyone on the team was either forced to move to a different shift with different responsibilities or was let go. During this process, they threw the team supervisor - one of the best supervisors I've ever had - under the bus. I was also disciplined for using my PTO in a way that was allowed as per the company handbook. Finally, they still owe me my last check, over $1000. I'm sure I'm never going to see it. There's more, and it's a lot worse, but in short: this is a very shady company.

Pros

Benefits & annual bonuses. Flexible work schedule and paid time off.

Cons

There is no support to the lower level employees. Management is in their own world delegating out memos and updating procedures via email and memos. It extremely impersonal. Reviews and performance feedback are scarce. And depending where you are in the organization training is limited. If you want to succeed here, it’s all about who you know.

I worked here for a significant amount of time and witnessed a noticeable shift in how employees are treated. There appears to be a pattern where long-term employees are let go, and similar roles are later filled at lower compensation. This creates a sense of instability and raises concerns about how experience and loyalty are valued. Additionally, benefits—especially healthcare—can be impacted quickly upon termination, which adds stress during already difficult transitions. While employment-at-will policies legally allow these decisions, it often leaves employees feeling unprotected and undervalued.
