      Good place to work. Nice perks - gym reimbursement, weekly breakfast in-office, on-campus gym. Good benefits options and PTO. Company offers hybrid work - 2-3 days of work from home per week.

      Good experience overall. None come to mind at this time.

      Pros

      Japanese culture is incredible, but it does not translate to US subsidiary. The product was interesting.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, no clear strategy or direction, good leadership left during COVID and new leadership changes resulted in low morale.
