Entrepreneurial, team-oriented, growing, and great pipeline of products coming. Decent benefits. Culture is changing into a faster-pace, performance based one, which is great.

Cons

Basically only a one product company in the US right now; hope is more new products soon. Pay is OK - under peer-groups for base salary, but good short term bonus %; however, long term incentive % is low.
