Great benefits in line with other pharma companies; smart, innovative people (not including management)

Cons

Unclear company direction, consistent lay-offs, not willing to accept the main drug isn't meant to be a blockbuster. High expectations for sales that are unattainable.

great PTO, good Pay to start, people seem outwardly nice.

Cons

no loyalty to employees, Poor communication, poor project management, quick to judge and dismiss employees, very little room to grow, unrealistic expectation of employees when it comes to time management and output.
