-Conveniently located -Pay was decent -Many good colleagues at lower level

Cons

-Inexperienced leadership, lack of direction, constant change -Leadership spent most time brown-nosing Japan and delegated all work downwards -No inward development of employees -Toxic workplace. Employees encouraged and rewarded by promotions to report on other employees, manipulative people succeed well. True talent a threat to inexperienced people with ambitious agendas. -Cliquish and management operated like a popularity contest.

The IT environment lent itself to an intense learning experience given that we were building it from the ground up. Strong management that paid close attention to the requirements of the team.

Cons

The language and cultural barrier was challenging with our Japanese’s colleagues.

Managers who truly care and spend time with you, you have all of the tools needed for success, policies and procedures in place with management, very little admin, company car & benefits

Cons

Layoffs seem to happen every year and they lose great reps. That's Pharma though...
