Worked with some awesome colleagues who were creative and hard workers. Benefits were good, especially 401K and insurance. Mostly a good starting place for a career in pharma.

Cons

Most district managers were new to the position - not from within the company. Not enough products!!! Not much in the pipeline to bank on - not able to acquire other products to sell. Budgets were not very much. Most of my friends think it is a toxic environment.
