Very unstable company with mediocre products. Home office is always doing things on the sly.

Great DM and district team. Great benefits. Salary was comparable with other companies.

Cons

Launch teams were awful. Management is consistently undermining reps. No respect for top performing reps with tenure when considering layoffs.

Good salary. I had a good manager that was real with his understanding of how offices worked. Make a sale not a fake call!

Cons

Upper management not in tune with the real world. Hire and fire was their way to fix their lack of real world experience.

Cons

poor drug launch, "open and transparent communication," cheap company in products and compensation. Cheap from roomies at launch to promotional material they must be thrilled they will not be paying bonuses in the 1qtr post launch.
