Relatively competitive salary. People are nice. Good company if you don't want any development as a professional. Your position is secure if you are full time employee.

Cons

No practical actions after hours of meetings and conversations. Management doesn't know the concept of business strategy. Their strategy is nothing but "hit the ball as hard as you can when it comes".
