A good company to gain solid work experience if you are at the phase of your career that you need it. Compensation and benefits are good.

Cons

A bad or inexperienced manager or poor leader can severely limit your growth in this company. If you are not in management, what you have to say doesn't matter. Line management supports line management, don't expect any support, even if you have a legitimate manager concern or process complaint. I was told to let it go and get back to work to keep my job. This is not an environment for experienced persons. Any slight deviation you are labeled problem..no.matter how hard you work management just won't let it go.
