Pros

I like the extras they provide everyone and it is a friendly workplace. Company swag practically rains from the sky and they cater lunch every week.

Cons

The pay is not very competitive for Austin.

Pros

This is an amazing company to work for...plain and simple

Cons

The only con would be the pay, but for entry level positions one can't be mad about putting in time to be promoted.

The Good Far Outweighs Any Bad

Pros

The only reason this doesn't have 5 stars is because there is always room for improvement, anywhere and everywhere. Opportunity. If you put yourself out there, mingle with other departments, dabble with projects that are above and beyond your day-to-day workload, you can force an opportunity to present itself. It'll take a lot of extra work and you'll probably go a little crazy, but if you want to get ahead anywhere, that's what you have to do. I have the freedom to try new things, to make mistakes and correct course if they don't work. I can succeed or fail based on my own work ethic and ideas. That's freeing. Perks: —Free health/vision/dental plans —Employee Stock Purchase Plan & 401K —Fully-loaded fridges and snacks (replenished every Friday & you can put in snack requests) —Catered lunches on Wednesday —Free parking pass for the garage or a public transit stipend —Again, opportunity —Unlimited vacation and sick time —Lots of free t-shirts —Beer Fridays —Senior Management is accessible; the CEO has "office hours" every day

Cons

The workload tends to be intense. Inter-departmental communication has broken down in the past, but has already improved drastically. Not sure if it's a con, but odds are you need to put yourself out there for opportunities, as opposed to having them handed out. If you want to move around, make it known.
