ShipStation provides many opportunities to strength both your technical and customer service skills. At first, you may feel resentful if you're stuck with the complex issues or handling the needy customers, but those interactions become spectacular stories in job interviews with other employers if you feel that your potential for growth within the company has plateaued. Put in the effort to take on the hard issues, learn everything to can about troubleshooting APIs, and ask the more experienced employees questions to keep improving. If you do this, you'll find that ShipStation employees really do stand out in a crowd.

The company culture - they encourage professional development and reward independent thinking. Benefits - medical, dental, vision, ESPP, 401K, flexible time off, in-office fitness options. Great product!

Cons

as a fast-growing company, there are constant changes that don't always get communicated effectively.
