Pros

Somewhat flexible schedule. Not too stressful. Simple stock and merchandising practices. Manager and District Managers were great and made it feel like a family. Easy to make sales. Got 1st dibs on cute shoes and they have Layaway!

Cons

Salary was not great. Need to update to more modern technology for registers and payroll practices. Short breaks. Lots of theft and attempts at theft.

this company is the worse place I have ever worked for... never enough help, There system is so out of date, they still run on dial up, everything is done by hand, way to much work for the pay
