Pros

We have flexiable hours, when we need a day off for personal reasons we get it off. Company hours of operation are good.

Cons

There are no incentives or raises, no looking out for those employees that do a good job. No oppurtunities as far as moving up the latter . Poor management.

Pros

Management is great at training employees. Plenty of room for advancement and growth as stores are always opening. Don't micromanage but does make sure you are comfortable and can handle the job.

Cons

District manager was very harsh and critical. Broke laws repeatedly and took anger out on manager when assistant manager wouldn't bad mouth manager. I, the assistant manager/keyholder, listened to both district manager and manager have screaming matches in front of customers.
