Made great friends with my coworkers.

Cons

I worked there for 13 years. I voluntarily stepped down from key holder position. (Personal reasons) After that I only made $7.25/hr. They are too cheap to give raises to their part time employees. We had 8 employees including the manager. Within a month 5 of us quit. Right before back to school sales too. We didn't care. So what does that tell you about this particular store?

Great people , Always some thing to do.

Cons

Not enough pay for what they want out of the store manager. I do everything from pay roll to setting hours to fixing the alarm, painting the ceiling.

Cons

Management, No vacation for assistant managers, District manager never cares for his employees, no direct deposit, systems are still dial-up!
