      This company is old school and not in a good way, and they lack the proper training to give employees a good experience.

      Pros

      The pay can be good at times as you will get a 2% commission on top of your base salary. The work can be done by anyone with mediocre computer skills and minimal comprehension.

      Cons

      The upper management makes the real money, if you want to call it that, and management can vary from very good to absolutely incompetent. I worked at a few of the stores and the training is not good, but if you have a good attitude you will have a chance at this store. The commission isn't always steady, but you can make some money here. The job is not usually difficult, just difficult to deal with.

      Pros

      Great people, fun place to work. Management gives you every opportunity to learn everything possible about your store and the company.

      Cons

      Ability for promotion is non-existent. Managers can't promote from within. A DM from a different state chooses who holds the key.

      Pros

      It is full time with decent benefits and the hours are good. Pay can get pretty good if you work hard.

      Cons

      Favoritism shown to those that have been friends with upper managment, those are the people that move up in distribution. There is a lot of gossip that goes on and upper management listens to it and bases their opinion of you on what they hear about you no matter how good of a job you do. Upper management doesn't discipline or terminate lower management when they do something against company policy. People that have been there longest are allowed to get away with anything.
