Pros

You can meet some decent people, and none of them will be managers.

Cons

You will be treated like an expendable piece of trash. The pay is not and never will be competitive. It feels like taking a time machine to the 1970's.

Pros

Reasonable coworkers, rather easy tasks, a good resume building job, but a great starter job for those looking for their first job.

Cons

No training guidelines, lack of clear expectations, poor salary, lack of respect from upper management, grossly inflated projection numbers. Often times they tell employees to disregard policies they have laid down for customers if a customer yells enough. They very rarely stand behind their own staff and even more rarely praise stores for positive reviews or sales.
