      Pros

      No pros unless your from India. Because any where is cleaner than that country.

      Cons

      Self serving company . Lies to there customers on a regular basis. Suprised there still in business.

      Pros

      Near my house. Flexible on work schedule, whether you wanted full time or part time. I worked there for 6 months. Generous with free meals when working during holidays.

      Cons

      Filthy call center. Had to share work stations and headphones. Low pay. The computer software would malfunction A LOT causing problems when trying to take care of the customer and having to RE DO their orders again. This was very stressful as a person could be trying to purchase something that was being aired on TV and it would sell out when having to redo the orders. Before I quit, the call center was supposed to relocate out of state, thus becoming mainly the hub for customer service.
