from an outside perspective this is the 'coolest' job in Ottawa

Cons

people working in management positions that aren't a good fit to be leading a team.

* Great benefits and employee are well taken care of * Great project to work on with possibility to move from a project to another so you don't get bored

Cons

* Depending of the team, lack of project management. Sometime you don't really know what your colleague are working on and what have to be done for the current project.
