Pros

Great product, Great Market share, very profitable, Nice Building

Cons

The HR and senior management like to shake people lives up by hiring them in and then in a very brief time, deciding that Shure needs to change direction and letting people go. People that perhaps left good jobs like myself and others I knew at Shure and for no fault of their own "restructuring" They talk a good game about improving processes (in finance) but when new ideas are brought in, the resistance is strong and the old guard always wins. Many old time employees that will fight change. Also, the culture is very cold and clicky. Honestly it was one of the few companies I have been at where I really did not find very many friendly people in the management ranks. The younger newer staff (many of which left quickly) were the exception. I woudl think twice before coming over. It may work out, it may not and you may be tossed out with the garbage with little to no thought.
