Pros

If you are a certain type you’ll go far here career wise. Profitable organization with some hardworking staff in certain areas.

Cons

Promote hire and take referrals for certain types Adding staff although you have staff in certain areas working about three hours a day and spend a lot of time gabbing. (Personnel department and marketing) You can be at the table yet not at the table and fed a spin.

Pros

A privately held company that actually cares about its associates. The work-life balance is perfect, and there are multiple avenues of advancement. People are amazing and belong in their roles.

Cons

Considered a small company, so positional availability is limited. You need to be a high performer to continue employment here. The coffee machine may break, causing significant lines at the café.

Pros

Shure's work/life balance is incredible. Management goes to great lengths to make sure the workforce feels connected to the company. While it's a large company with many facets, there are education programs in place to give every employee a solid chance at success and advancement. The employees seem very happy here, for the most part. That helps foster a very positive workplace. I look forward to coming in every day.

Cons

Shure is a process-heavy and meeting-heavy workplace.
