Pros

Fantastic people in the rank and file. Very interesting and challenging work. Never boring. Always something to learn.

Cons

Difficult to get the same respect from the leadership that you may get from your peers. Hard to have faith in management in general. For all of the super smart and qualified people they hire for the lower roles, they make poor choices when filling upper management positions, and don't do enough promoting from within.

Pros

Work culture is dependent on the project you fall into. Some projects are great, and there's a lot one can learn.

Cons

Change in management has caused some turbulence.

Pros

Benefits, hybrid work, and some cool people

Cons

After the reorg in January and massive layoffs in march, the morale for the company and work environment has gone down significantly. It feels extremely corporate and all about profits which isnt what the company used to be like.
