Pros

Great place to work. Peers and mentors are very helpful, especially if you're new to the company and internal processes. Challenging projects to keep you in shape in your field. Company and your manager try to give you the opportunity to improve yourself and work/investigate in different aspects if you're willing.

Cons

You might stuck in similar sections/parts of the different projects because of your previous experience in those areas. If you're looking for new challenges in different areas/parts of the projects, this might seem like a disadvantage.

Pros

Shure has an environment that makes you feel as an integral and important part of the team. It is a great place to allow your creativity to flow and express your ideas to help improve processes, procedures and people and produce the best products in the industry.

Cons

No real downside to working at Shure. Decisions are sometimes slow, but change is not always easy when there are several hundred people trying to contribute to the overall extreme success of the company for over 90 years!
