Pros

Great work life mix. Great training. Never thrown to the wolves. Work hours are felixble.

Cons

So many managers it seems unnecessary. Compensation is not what it should be at this stage.

Pros

Workforce is passionate about audio which leads to very friendly vibe. You are given the respect and responsibilities of a full time associate (not just getting coffee) Lots of great actives that help you network with current and previous interns as well as other workmates. Opportunity for full time employment if you are done with school

Cons

Interns may just be given any task that needs to be done rather than a pre-determined project which could lead to doing very minute tasks
