Work schedule is pretty flexible for some departments.
Cons
The company goes out of its way to pay just average salaries and you get a minimum pay increase every year no matter how hard you bust your butt. Bonuses are not available to everyone and are secretive. No room for growth in certain departments, most opportunities are based on who you know. Company has lost focus on core products in favor of unsustainable growth in new markets. Setting sales and profit records year after year, yet not everyone is reaping the benefits.
