      -Passionate about business -Reputable in the industry -Great work/life balance -Mid-sized company -Exciting environment

      Cons

      -If you aren't a musician you may not feel a part of the corporate culture (tight-knit) with many lifers -The commute can be terrible depending on where you are traveling from -Hard to retain talent (especially executive level) -Like all companies, Shure has the "corporate" culture with lots of red tape and slow decision making

      Pros

      Nice looking building Occasional Celeb Not too demanding Mid and lower level folks are competent and welcoming

      Cons

      Founders former secretary, then wife is feared by the so called executives; including the "yes Rose" CEO. Executives would not survive outside of this environment - exceptionally weak! Most of their sales and profits come from 40 year old products!
