Pros

Shure onsite team has good ethics. They care for employees No pressure of deadlines in work. Can maintain good work life balance

Cons

India team has lot of internal politics. It is like dictatorship. No one has values to opinions Hikes are less and will be given only to favoured employees Recognition is not given in a proper way. Against to core values of the company No onsite oppertunity

Pros

Good benefits State of the art building Profitable company Dedicated associates Good place for engineers

Cons

Products lack innovation Top heavy Decision making takes a couple of decades because the same issues are revisited over and over with no resolve and hundreds of wasted hours spent in unproductive meetings. Management do not know what they are doing half of the time and are unwilling to listen to associates' ideas. Management mimic politicians - smooth talking with no follow through. Associates often take the heat for management's incompetencies.

Pros

Shure has very good employee management systems in place, good support staff particularly operations and customer service, Most people you come across are pretty smart and capable associates. CEO has a real passion for the company and is very clear on what direction the company is going, a true asset to the brand. Attempting to be more inclusive and supporting women in business Training and Wellbeing benefits

Cons

Pay and Incentive disparity - some are very happy and some are very unhappy Lack of diversity pay relatively low compared to workload Understaffed in most departments and overworked for little to zero recognition lack of progression
